Cold Brew Chia Cups
makes 2 large serves
* 1/4 cup Mana Cold Brew Double Strength
* 3/4 cup of favourite milk - we like coconut (it's reminiscent of sago pudding)
* 3 - 4 Ttbs chia - dependent on whether you like it thicker (we do, so 4 it is!)
* 1 tbs honey/maple syrup
* cinnamon to taste
Place all ingredients in a cup or mason jar then whisk with a fork thoroughly. Wait 5 minutes then whisk again to ensure there are no clumps. Once you are confident that it hasn't clumped, add your sweetener of choice and a dash of cinnamon if you like. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 7 days.
We like topping ours with fresh or dried fruit, nuts, shredded coconut or a sprinkling of granola but if you're running out the door it is full of goodness as it is.
