Whilst all care and responsibility is taken in the manufacturing of our product, we understand that there may be an occasion where through incorrect delivery protocols or a faulty valve mechanism your purchase may not meet your expectations.
In this instance we ask you to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your issue and we can organise to have your purchase returned to be tested for any spoiling and sort a suitable refund or replacement for you.
We currently ship to Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia, Australia. We plan to get to the remaining states soon and will one day look to venture overseas!
We aim to ship every day during the week so that your cold brew arrives asap. Unfortunately the Aussie shipping industry is less interested in your caffeination than the Mana team. But please rest assured that your cold brew will be sent as soon as possible and whilst under seal is perfectly fine to travel unrefrigerated.
Inline with current courier estimates please expect your cold brew within 5 to 10 days.

COST OF SHIPPING
Though our couriers charge us for the size and weight of our parcels, we charge a flat fee of $10.50 (inc GST) per order. The more you order the better the delivery value.
TRACKING AND LOST DELIVERIES
We use Sendle as a courier service and you will receive a tracking number when your order is fulfilled through our website. You can use that tracking number through the Sendle tracking site to track your delivery.
If something happens with your order and your box of Mana doesn’t arrive, don't panic! Simply let us know via email and we’ll follow it up with Sendle or make sure we get another box out to you ASAP.
