HOW LONG WILL MANA LAST?

Mana’s shelf life is 3 months from date of brew. We brew in small batches so we never have any boxes lying around. You will find the best before date stamped on the bottom of the box.

DO I NEED TO REFRIGERATE MANA?

Yes, because Mana is made using no artificial preservatives it needs to be refrigerated.

SHOULD IT BE DRUNK HOT OR COLD?

That’s up to you! Mana tastes great either way. Always pour Mana into something if you’re going to heat it. Never heat it in the box or bag.  Unequivocally versatile, Mana is equally fabulous in a chilled chia pudding or mixed with hot milk of your choice.

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR COFFEE FROM?

Our goal is to get you the best cold brew coffee possible.  We work with Commonfolk Coffee to get the right blend for our brew.

WHAT IS COLD BREW COFFEE?

Cold brew is a coffee extraction process in which coarse ground coffee is steeped in cold or room temperature water for up to 24 hours. Once the coffee has finished brewing, the coffee infused water is let out through a 2 stage filtration process. What you are left with is a nuanced, sweet, less acidic, coffee that you can drink straight or with any sort of milk. Hot or cold. 

WHY IS MANA BETTER?

We have extensively tested our cold brewing process.  Everything from the bean type, the grind, filtration method, steep time, and water temperature have been tested and selected by us to deliver the best tasting cold brew possible.
