Cold Brew Overnight Oats

The perfect Autumn breakfast served hot or cold to set you up for the week ahead. The ingredients below are for one serve but we like to make a few at the beginning of the week to share around.

* ½ cup raw old fashioned oats
* 1/2 cup Mana Cold Brew (we like Double Strength for extra kick)
* ½ cup almond milk (or vanilla almond if you're feeling naughty!)
* 1 scoop protein powder of choice
* dash of maple syrup/honey to taste

Place all ingredients in a glass/jar/mug, stir gently, cover and refrigerate overnight.
These can be enjoyed straight out of the fridge or pop in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir and heat for a further 30 seconds. Top with your choice of fruit, nuts, seeds or even a dollop of yoghurt.
